These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Solarlix FireGuard Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing access to and use of our courses, websites, and related services.
1. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.
2. Course licenses
- Course seats are licensed per user and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise in an enterprise agreement.
- Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative training without written permission.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, or compromise security.
- Do not attempt to access non-public systems, reverse engineer, or test vulnerabilities without consent.
4. Payment and refunds
- Fees are due as listed in the catalog or agreed in writing. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds are available when requested within the periods set out in these Terms, particularly for scheduled onsite services with advance notice.
5. Disclaimers
Training content is for educational purposes and does not replace site-specific risk assessments, engineering controls, or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with the updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
